I stayed at a hotel in Vrindavan with my family for a family visit and found it to be an ideal choice. The staff was courteous and attentive, especially Sahaya and Kamal from the front desk, who provided invaluable local insights. The restaurant's food offerings were impressive, with special thanks to Umesh for accommodating our dietary preferences. The rooms were modern, clean, and the service, including room service, was reliable. Transportation options were convenient, and overall, the ambiance felt welcoming.

Very good service, particularly good position in the Vrindavan area. Excellent, cooperative people working here. Extremely comfy bed in double room with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television...
Very small bathroom.

The food was excellent, and the room service was prompt. Breakfast offered a nice mix, but the location was inconveniently outside of Vrindavan. Be wary of relying on staff for car bookings, as our experience was frustrating. the nearby landmarks provided wonderful opportunities for family bonding and relaxation.

The hotel is modern and clean by Indian standards, with a very safe dining area. The staff was professional and responsive, though hot water took a bit longer to resolve. Food quality exceeded expectations, and we loved the relaxing garden. Local landmarks like Prem Mandir are within walking distance, making it a peaceful family retreat.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel, and I must say the location was fantastic, super close to the main road and key attractions. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially when we needed an early breakfast for our flight. Plus, their a la carte dinner was delicious! It's definitely a nice spot to unwind after exploring.
I did experience some issues. The reception felt a bit disorganized, and the room size was smaller than expected for the price. we weren’t thrilled with the buffet breakfast; it didn’t look very appetizing, and unfortunately, it left both my mom and me feeling unwell afterward. Just a heads-up !
